Dr. Dogan Turan is a medical surgeon with more than 3500 hair transplant operations behind him and is one of the pioneer doctors in Turkey in using the Choi Pen method (DHI).

He has worked in various medical centres in Turkey, including Deniz Private Medical Centre, the General Directorate of Health Services for the Borders and Coastal Zone of Turkey and FUECAPILAR, where he is co-owner and currently serves as technical director.

He is a member of the FUE Institute of the World and often appears on Turkish national TV channels for his vast experience and knowledge of the hair transplantation industry.

Dr. Turan was also a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) and one of the first practitioners of the FUE technique in Turkey and worldwide. He received his medical degree from Gaziantep University in 1994 and worked in emergency and medical hospitals in Ankara from 1995 to 2003.

In 2003 he started his career in hair transplantation in Ankara and in 2011 he brought his experience and services to Istanbul. He currently works in a private clinic. He is a member of the Turkish Medical Doctors Association and the Turkish Medical Aesthetic Association.
