FUE surgery performed on our 36-year-old male patient of Caucasian descent with the following characteristics:
• NW III vertex, Class T/P
• Donor area density of 76 FU/cm² in the occipital region, 92 FU/cm² in the parietal region, and 92 FU/cm² in the temporal region
• Hair diameter ~ 50–56 microns
Recommended surgical treatment plan:

HGI: 2.0 (hair-to-graft ratio)
Parallel incisions made with custom-forged blades tailored to the size of the follicular unit to be grafted (blade width: 0.8–1.0 mm).
