HDC – 3000 GRAFTS FUE
This is the case of a 32 year old patient classifiable as a stage 5 on the Norwood scale. The patient had some miniaturized hairs in the recipient area and was curious if these hairs would permanently fall out due to the shock of surgery. At HDC Clinic, it was explained how some of these vellus might not have survived but would still graft at a density to cover any loss.
After 1 year it seems that most, if not all, of the pre-existing hair has survived and the result is very dense after placing 3000 follicular units via FUE (manual extraction) in hairline and upper area.
The patient is planning a second surgery via FUE to cover the crown.
