6,700 Grafts in 2 Surgeries (4,000 + 2,700) — FUE / DHI — Norwood 6 Patient age: 63 This patient presented with a degree of hair loss classified as Norwood 6. He did not suffer from any chronic illnesses and was not taking any medication. His donor area was assessed as very good, which made him a suitable candidate for a hair transplant. The patient’s main expectation was the reconstruction of the hairline and coverage of the frontal area and mid-scalp. A transplant of 4,000 grafts was planned, and the procedure was performed over two consecutive days. Only the scalp donor area, specifically the hair from the occipital region, was used. After local anesthesia was administered, the grafts were extracted using a motorized punch. Channel opening and graft implantation were performed using a Choi implanter with the DHI technique.
