This 38. year old American patient came to Dr. Hasson with modest expectations, wanting only a slight improvement of the hairline, frontal area and mid-scalp. The patient was not interested in treating the crown.
After analyzing the patient’s donor site and seeing that he had an above average hairline, Dr. Hasson was immediately confident that he could exceed the patient’s expectations.
Dr. Hasson used 5163 FUE grafts harvested with a 0.8 mm WAW hybrid punch to reconstruct the hairline, frontal and mid-scalp pushing almost to the beginning of the crown.
300 single grafts, 4055 double grafts and 808 triple and quadruple grafts. Photographs were taken in the clinic at 1 year and 1 and 4 years, the patient, enthusiastic with the result decided to undergo a second crown surgery for full coverage.
FIRST SURGERY
For the second surgery, Dr. Hasson operated on the crown with 150 single, 3374 double and 525 triple/quadruple grafts for a total of 4050 grafts.
