Surgery I: A single session FUE procedure involving 3,000 grafts harvested using a 0.7 mm diameter motorized punch

Channels were created by Dr. Altan using custom-made blades, and thin individual follicular units were implanted along the hairline

The patient chose not to use any supportive medication.
