Treatment Plan: Hairline reconstruction, coverage of the frontal and mid scalp areas, and crown coverage in two surgical sessions.

Surgery I: A single FUE procedure involving 3,500 grafts harvested in one session using a 0.7 mm diameter motorized punch

Surgery II: A FUE procedure involving 2,000 grafts each for the mid scalp and crown areas

The patient chose not to use supportive medication. Consequently, further deterioration and loss of his natural hair remain possible, and he was advised to undergo periodic checkups to assess the situation and determine whether future procedures are necessary.
