This 29 year old Vancouver patient had begun to see the first signs of falling around the age of 24.
A friend referred him to Hasson&Wong and the patient decided to have a live consultation.
During the consultation, Dr.Hasson determined that the density in donor area was higher than average with normal hair caliber.
The patient requested a very conservative design from Dr.Hasson, and Dr.Hasson determined how 4000 grafts via FUE could be sufficient to achieve the patient’s desired aesthetic effect.
The mid scalp and crown were maintained in good condition and Dr.Hasson prescribed Finasteride to the patient to improve/maintain hair in those areas.
4511 grafts via FUE were used to reconstruct the frontal area and some areas of the mid scalp. Extraction was performed with 0.85 mm hybrid trumpet punch (WAW System). Surgery was performed in 2 consecutive days on the first day 300 single grafts, 1933 double 268 triple and quadruple grafts were used. On the second day 2010 grafts were grafted in the area behind the one treated on the first day, 1677 double 333 triple and quadruple.
The result photographs are 3 years after surgery.
