Outcome at 1 1/2 years of this patient with type Nw 5v baldness.

The patient received 5000 Fue grafts extracted with manual punch and grafted with Keep. The average amount of hair per graft was 2.1

The main objective of the surgery was to reconstruct the frontal and midface area and give slight crown coverage.
After 1.5 years, the patient returned to show the result and underwent a second surgery of 3000 grafts to increase crown coverage.
After 5000 grafts thanks to proper management of the donor area, there are no visible signs of the extraction.
