We present a repair case (i.e., a case in which we had to make up for mistakes made by another surgeon in a previous surgery).

Our patient had undergone surgery prior to coming to us. This surgery had left him with poorly placed grafts and an unnatural appearance.
The patient’s advantage was his hair type, which was excellent caliber and wavy.
We treated the hairline and added density to the frontal first third and crown.
The photos show the situation before the repair, the post operative positioning, the result at 7 and 14 months post operative.

2 Double 1902 = 3804 hairs
3 Triple 532 = 1596 hairs
4 Quadruple 211 = 844 hairs

Total: 3186 follicular units = 6785 hairs Average = 2.13
