Follicular units grafted: 4800 grafts in the first surgery + 2700 grafts in the second surgery (for crown)

Punch diameter used for extractions: 0.7 mm-0.7 mm (first and second surgery)

Drugs for the treatment of baldness: no

Surgery with FUE extraction technique, 0.7 mm motorized punch for patient with Norwood grade 6, nearly 7 with retrograde alopecia.

Treatment plan:

Reconstruction of the hairline and copeture of the frontal and midscalp area in a first surgery, reconstruction of the crown area in a second surgery.

Surgeries:

First session of 4800 grafts FUE and second session of 2700 grafts FUE.
Microscopic preparation of single follicular units (450).
Opening of canals with sapphire blades personally performed by Dr.Altan

Area treated in the first surgery: 95 cm2
Density in hairline: 48 grafts x cm2

The patient was advised to use Finasteride and Minoxidil but the patient refused.
