Surgical treatment plan:

Reconstruction of the hairline and coverage of the frontal and mid scalp area.
The crown-vertex will undergo a second surgery

Surgery:

One FUE surgery of 4200 grafts extracted with 0.7 mm motorized punch
Microscopic preparation of the 400 individual follicular units to achieve as much naturalness as possible in hairline.
Homogenous grafting of the remaining 3800 grafts in the frontal and mid scalp area
The patient ìstarted using Minoxidil after surgery.
The treated area is 103 cm2 with an average graft density of 40-42 grafts cm2, the hairline area and first frontal third (about 40 cm2) received a higher density around 50-55 grafts cm2
